Sound therapy has been used for thousands of years to help the body heal. Crystal bowls in particular have been known to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, balance the chakra system in the body, stimulate the immune system, help the body heal on a physical cellular level as well as a soul level.

All you have to do is come and relax! It is highly recommended to bring something to lay on and cover up in to enjoy the experience!
